Life happens.  Sometimes unexpected events occur which cause us to rearrange our schedules.

If you have such an event, please call or email to reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours in advance. 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you  will receive a partial refund (50% of the service cost).

No shows, will receive 25% refund only.  If you wish to reschedule after a no show, you can return the refund and pay an additional $5 convenience fee.
